A “change” = any reasonable single update (new menu item, hero swap, hours, a new section, a price update). Full redesigns and brand-new pages over ~half a day are quoted separately — we'll tell you up front before any work starts.
Most small businesses never leave the first tier. If you go viral (lucky you!), hosting bumps up to cover the extra bandwidth — and we'll always email you before a bill changes.
